How Transactional Emails Work
- Onboarding — sent by StorVault to you when you complete the onboarding wizard (StorVault branded)
- Client emails — sent to your tenants with your facility logo, brand color, and company name
- Lease reminders — auto-sent 30 days before lease expiry via the
lease-renewal-alertsedge function - Payment alerts — triggered by Stripe webhook events (succeeded, failed, disputed, refunded)
- Move-out confirmations — sent when a tenant confirms move-out via the lease workflow
All emails are sent via Resend. Your facility branding is pulled from your onboarding settings (logo, brand color, company name).
